Meet our Staff

I am passionate about helping clients discover and live their most fulfilling lives. Taking a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit, I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the many challenges and stressors that life presents.

With nearly 20 years of experience working on a college campus, I bring a deep background in supporting survivors of sexual assault and relationship violence, as well as advocating for marginalized communities. My clinical interests include eating disorders, dissociative disorders, and trauma. I am also certified in yoga therapy, which allows me to incorporate body-based practices when appropriate.

I invite you to reach out and explore whether therapy may be a good fit for you at this time. Counseling is rooted in relationship, and I would welcome the chance to share more about myself and my approach to help you make an informed decision about your next steps.

As a former marketing professional turned compassionate therapist, I understand the unique pressures of modern life. I’ve experienced firsthand the importance of mental health and the power of therapy in healing and growth.

I’m dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with kindness and understanding. My approach, rooted in a blend of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Psychodynamic Therapies, is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

With experience working with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, PTSD, depression, and disordered eating, I create a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing. Together, we’ll work at your own pace to develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve your personal goals.

Whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to walk with you on your journey.

Heading 1

I believe each of us is a work in progress; and so, I strive to help clients become the best versions of themselves through therapy. My hope is to offer clients a safe space where they can embark on their inward journey towards self-discovery and self-fulfillment.

My real passion is in helping children, teens, and young adults with various mental health concerns. My education, training, and experience as a school counselor has provided me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively work with this population. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress management/self-care, self-esteem, and career development.

When you are ready, I hope you consider reaching out to begin therapy. I welcome the opportunity and look forward to working with you to become your best self.

I hold the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in their well-being, and that therapy is one of the greatest investments one could make. I work to create a safe, cathartic outlet for everyone who comes through my door; I encourage reframing of negative thought patterns, and strive to meet every client with the empathetic understanding that they deserve.

After working as a Behavioral Health Technician for children on the autism spectrum in a community agency, I pivoted to private practice in an effort to provide holistic care to all individuals. I am an eclectic theorist, and especially enjoy using Person-Centered and Psychodynamic approaches for my clients. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and eating disorders. With several years of sobriety under my belt, I am also passionate about working with individuals and family members who have navigated addiction and substance use disorders.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Scranton, and I am a member of the American and Pennsylvania Counseling Association.

I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) in Pennsylvania, and I’m honored to partner with Lavender Wellness to offer nutrition services that complement therapy, yoga, and self-healing practices.

My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating, emphasizing evidence-based, compassionate, and individualized care for all bodies. I support clients in building sustainable, positive relationships with food—free from diet culture and grounded in self-trust.

I believe nutrition should fit into your life—not the other way around—by honoring your preferences, habits, and lived experience to support lasting well-being.
